Order Confirmation, Changes, and/or Cancellations
You should receive an email order confirmation of your order that shows an order confirmation order. If something is incorrect with your order, please contact us immedidately for changes or cancellations.
Shipping
Orders typically ship within 3 – 5 business days (USPS flat rate boxes) if all ordered items are in stock. Currently, we are not offering overnight shipment options but if you are in immediate need, please contact us. We can only ship internationally to Canada.
Refund & Return Policy
We accept returns and/or issue refunds if the product was found to be damaged upon arrival or if the wrong item was shipped. Please review your order confirmation to be sure you are ordering the right product. If you do have a problem with your shipment, please contact us through the Contact Us link or call us directly.
